Who can apply?

  • Current 10th grade student (upcoming junior) You must be a sophomore heading into your junior year for the 2026–2027 school year.
  • Enrolled in a partner school district Eastern Local, Jackson City, Oak Hill Union Local, Scioto Valley Local, Vinton County Local, Waverly City, Wellston City, or Western Local.
  • Ready for a 2-year commitment You will serve as a representative through both your junior and senior year.

The application takes about 10 minutes. You will be asked about your school, your reasons for wanting to join, and your involvement in your community.
