Drew Neff, from Jackson, Ohio, serves as a Junior Director for Southern Ohio Soles. A Morrill Scholar at The Ohio State University, he is pursuing a degree in business administration with a specialization in finance. Drawing on his experience as a former student representative, Drew oversees representatives across five partner school districts and helps ensure that shoe deliveries are completed promptly. He also monitors Advocate participation, school engagement, and order activity to identify areas requiring additional outreach. During the summer, Drew works with community partners to raise funds for the students Southern Ohio Soles serves.

Beyond his responsibilities as a Junior Director, Drew leads Books Across the Bend, a Southern Ohio Soles initiative he founded dedicated to expanding access to books for children. Through the program, he has donated over 1,300 books to kindergartners and first-graders throughout Jackson County.
